Elizabeth Michael – Principal/Director

Elizabeth Michael is the founding director of City Pacific Law Firm Melbourne. Before establishing the firm in 1993, Elizabeth practiced for major commercial law firms in Melbourne and also in the United States.

With over 20 year’s experience, Elizabeth offers a wealth of knowledge in a broad range of commercial legal areas. She concentrates her practice in the areas of property, commercial litigation and general commercial matters.

Elizabeth applies her significant experience to delivering clear, practical and timely commercial advice, and to achieving successful outcomes for clients.

Education

• J.D (with honours) Duke University School of Law, North Carolina, USA 1989.
• Bachelor’s degree (Summa cum Laude) Florida State University in Finance and Spanish 1982.
  Elizabeth has also studied law at the University of Melbourne.
• Elizabeth is admitted to practice as a barrister and solicitor in Victoria, Australia (1992), and as an attorney at law in the State of Connecticut, USA (1989) and North Carolina, USA (2002).

Elizabeth’s dual qualifications allow her to bring an additional perspective to legal practice.
